Member list and filters

The full, searchable list of members with search, filtering, sorting and CSV export.

Updated: June 25, 2026

The member list shows all your members in one searchable table. Per member you see the name (with photo), member number, email, "member since", status and last active. Click a row to open the full member profile. On mobile the same list appears as tidy cards instead of a table.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Member management → Member list.

Search

The search box at the top searches across name, email and phone. Typing filters the list instantly; pagination jumps back to page 1 automatically.

Quick filters

Next to the search box are two quick dropdowns:

  1. Status — active, expired or pending.
  2. Type — regular, family, student, senior or honorary.

More filters

Click More filters to expand the advanced filters (a count badge shows how many are active):

  • Archived — show all, hide archived, or only archived.
  • Consent — given or not given.
  • App — has the app or not.
  • Member since (from / to) — a date range.

Click Reset to clear all filters and the search box at once.

Sorting

On desktop, click a column header (Name, Email, Member since, Status, Last active) to sort by it; clicking again reverses the direction. On mobile, pick the sort field and direction via the control under "More filters".

Step by step: exporting members

  1. Optionally set your search term and filters so the list shows what you need.
  2. Click Export CSV at the top right.
  3. The CSV contains exactly the current selection (search term + filters + sorting) and downloads.

Tips

  • Combine search and filters: e.g. status "active" + type "family" + a "member since" range.
  • The export respects your filters — to get all members, clear the filters first.
  • Use the consent filter for a quick GDPR check.

Frequently asked questions

How many members per page? The list shows 25 members per page; navigate with the arrows at the bottom.

Why isn't a member in the list? They may be archived (set the filter to "show all") or fall outside your current search term/filters.

Can I edit a member here? Click the row to open the member profile, where you see all details.

Troubleshooting

  • The page is empty or blocked. The member module is off, or you're missing the right to manage users/members — ask your lead administrator.
  • My export is empty. Your filters exclude everything — click Reset and try again.
  • A colleague sees different members. Filters and sorting are per user; you're each looking at a different selection of the same data.
