The member management hub

The home page of member management with key figures, action lists, lifecycle, acquisition, engagement and finance at a glance.

Updated: June 25, 2026

The member management hub is the home page of your membership administration. It pulls the health of your member base into one screen: key figures at the top, action lists that need follow-up, and panels below for lifecycle, acquisition, engagement, finance, birthdays and event attendance. This page is meant for associations, foundations and other membership-driven organizations.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Member management → Member management. This is the top item in the member management block.

The key figures (KPI cards)

Five cards at the top summarise the state of your member base:

  • Active members — the current number of active members, with a small trend chart (sparkline).
  • New this month — new sign-ups this month, with the percentage change versus last month.
  • Expiring within 30 days — memberships about to lapse that need attention.
  • Active contributions — the number of active contribution subscriptions.
  • Contribution MRR — the monthly recurring contribution revenue.
Note: parent subscriptions, event tickets and one-off payment requests fall outside these member management figures. You'll find those elsewhere in the portal.

Action lists

Below the key figures are four short work lists you can clear daily. Click a name to jump straight to the member profile:

  1. Expiring within 30 days — members whose membership is about to lapse.
  2. Payment overdue — members with an outstanding or failed contribution.
  3. No consent — members who haven't given consent yet.
  4. Inactive >90 days — members who haven't been active for more than 90 days.

The analysis panels

  • Lifecycle & retention — status distribution (active, expired, pending), cohorts by "member since" and churn over the last 90 days.
  • Acquisition — where new members come from and the growth trend.
  • Engagement — how active your members are (e.g. push reach and app usage).
  • Finance — contribution revenue and payment trends.
  • Birthdays — members with an upcoming birthday.
  • Event attendance — turnout at recent events.

Tips

  • Work the four action lists like a daily "inbox" — they take you straight to the right member.
  • Keep an eye on Expiring within 30 days to arrange renewals in time and reduce churn.
  • The No consent list helps you stay GDPR-compliant.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't my MRR include all income? The MRR card shows only recurring member contributions. One-off payments, parent subscriptions and event tickets are deliberately excluded.

How is "inactive" determined? Based on the member's last activity; more than 90 days without activity puts them on the inactive list.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see member management in the sidebar at all. The member module is off for your organization. A lead administrator can turn it on in Settings (enable member registration).
  • I get "Access denied" or a blank page. You're missing the right to manage users/members — ask your lead administrator to grant it.
  • The figures show 0. Check whether any members have been created and that you're in the right organization.
