Becoming a member and signing in as a memberYou get a member account through an invitation link or from your organisation. You sign in with the Log In button, using your username, email address or phone number.Your membership and digital member cardWith an active subscription your digital member card is on Home, with a QR code on the back. Without a subscription you see "Become a member!".Membership fees and payments as a memberUnder Search → Account → Payments you choose a subscription, give permission for direct debit or pay yourself with iDEAL, and manage or cancel your subscription.The event calendarIn the Event Calendar tab you see your organisation's events as a calendar or list, respond when asked and put an event in your own calendar.News and announcementsUnder Messages → News you read your organisation's announcements and newsletters, with search, favourites, archive and links to social media.Donating to a campaignUnder Search → Community → Donations you support a campaign of your organisation: choose an amount and pay in the app. Parents and students can donate too.Managing your details and deleting your accountIn your profile you change photo, phone, email, username, password, language and consents. You delete your app account with a confirmation phrase and a 30-day cooling-off period.Messages to the board (Communication)Under Messages → Questions you, as a member, send a message directly to the board and read messages the board sends you.Donation Calculator (ANBI) and Live StreamsWith the Donation Calculator you work out the tax benefit of a gift to an ANBI. Under Live Streams you watch Makkah and Madinah live.
