Frequently asked questions
Why do I see different posts than another member? Some posts are aimed at specific groups. You see the posts meant for you.
What's the difference between an announcement and a newsletter? An announcement is a short message; a newsletter is a longer one. You find both under the two tabs at the top.
Can I delete a comment? You can usually remove your own comment via the options on that comment.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see a News tab. Your organization hasn't enabled news/announcements. Ask them whether it will become available.
- I can't comment or like. Your organization may have turned off reactions for this post, or for the whole organization.
- An attachment won't open. Check your internet connection and try again; large files may take a moment to load.
