As a member you have your own line to the board: Communication with the board. Your message goes directly to the board, and the board can also start a conversation with you.

The Messages tab → Questions.

Members, if the organisation uses Communication.
Step by step: sending a message
- Tap Ask a question.
- Enter a title and your message and add attachments if needed.
- Send. You see "Your message goes directly to the board."
Step by step: following a conversation
- Tap a conversation to read replies and respond.
- Filter with All, Open and Closed.
- Delete message removes your own message; a whole conversation only while it has no reply yet.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- I only see News under Messages. The organisation does not use Communication.

Do other members see my message? No, only the board.
