Donations

Support a fundraising campaign by your organization with a gift. You see active campaigns with their progress and donate via a secure payment page.

Updated: June 25, 2026

With Donations you support your organization's one-off fundraising campaigns with a gift — alongside your regular contribution. You see which campaigns are running, how much has been raised, and you donate via a secure payment page. Whether this section is visible depends on whether your organization enabled donations.

Where to find it

Open the app → the Donations section. If enabled, it sits among your main tabs at the bottom or in the More menu.

Supporting a campaign — step by step

  1. Open Donations and choose a campaign. You see the goal, the description and a progress bar with the amount raised.
  2. Tap Donate.
  3. The app opens a secure payment page (sometimes in your browser). Follow the steps there to complete your gift.
  4. After paying, you return to the app.

Tips

  • Some campaigns have a minimum amount and others let you choose the amount — you'll see this on the campaign.
  • Pull down to refresh a campaign's progress.

Frequently asked questions

Is a donation the same as my contribution? No. You arrange your contribution in the Payments tab; a donation is an extra, voluntary gift for a specific campaign.

Do I get proof of my gift? That depends on your organization. Ask them if you need a confirmation or receipt.

Can I donate anonymously? That depends on how the campaign is set up. Check the options on the payment page.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see Donations. Your organization hasn't enabled donations, or there are no campaigns running right now.
  • The payment page won't open. Check your internet connection and try again. If it opens in your browser, allow that.
  • My gift isn't shown in the progress yet. Processing can take a moment. Pull down to refresh.
