As a member you use the app for your membership, membership fees, events and news from your organisation. There is no button in the app itself to register.
Where to find it
The app's start screen: Log In. An invitation link from your organisation opens the registration screen in the app.
Who can do this
Anyone invited by the organisation or for whom the organisation created a member account.
Step by step: registering through an invitation
- Open the invitation link on your phone (with the app installed). The registration screen opens.
- Fill in your details. Your address can be completed from your postcode.
- Choose a password: at least 8 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a special character, no sequence like 123 and no space at the start or end. A bar shows the strength.
- Accept the privacy policy and finish.
Step by step: signing in
- Tap Log In.
- Enter your username, email address or phone number, and your password.
- On first use you accept the terms (Before you start).
- If your phone has Face ID or a fingerprint, the app asks whether you want to sign in biometrically from now on.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- I can't find a Become a member or Register button. There is none. Ask your organisation for an invitation link or an account.
- Signing in fails. Use Forgot Password and choose Email or Username. If several accounts belong to your email address, you get a separate email per account.
- I am also a parent at the same organisation. Have the accounts linked; then you switch through Search → Switch Role.
Frequently asked questions
Is a member account the same as a paid membership? No. Your member card only appears with an active subscription (see membership fees and payments).
Can I look around without an account? Yes, with Continue without logging in: only the tax benefit calculator, prayer times and the Qibla Compass.
