Home, the Child tab and switching between your childrenHome shows what is happening today and this week; under Child you open everything about one child. If you have several children, you choose which child you view.Reading announcements and newslettersUnder Messages → News you read the organisation's announcements and newsletters, search, keep favourites and view the archive.The calendar: lessons, holidays and eventsUnder Child → Calendar you see lesson days, holidays, events and parent-teacher meetings. You respond to events and sync the calendar with your phone.Tuition and payments as a parentUnder Search → Account → Payments or through the payment block on Home you pay instalments and one-off payments, give permission for direct debit and view your history.Following your child's homeworkUnder Child → Homework you see the open homework and lesson summaries of this season. With filters and Previous years you see more. If the teacher asks for a voice recording, you also hand it in here.Your child's dossierUnder Child → Dossier you read the teachers' notes about your child, respond to them and acknowledge that you have read a note.Reporting your child absentReport your child absent through Child → Calendar: tap the lesson day, pick the class if needed and choose a reason.Sending messages to teachers and the board (Communication)Under Messages → Questions you send a question to the teacher(s) or the board, include the other parent and follow the conversation.My Information: details, re-enrolment and payment preferenceUnder Child → My Information you complete your and your child's details, upload a photo of your child, say whether your child continues next season and choose your payment preference.Parent-teacher meetings: invitation, preparation and joiningA parent-teacher meeting appears in the calendar with its status and type. You confirm or decline, fill in the preparation form and join an online meeting from the app.Progress, exam results, documents and libraryUnder Child you see memorisation progress, certificates and reports, learning material in the library and Elifba. Exam results are on Home.
