As a parent you have four tabs: Home, Child, Messages and Search. Your children are linked to your account by the organisation; you do not link them yourself.
Where to find it
Home shows from top to bottom: any notices about your profile or account, the payment block, one line of Announcements, the name of the selected child, Today (lessons, or for example "no lesson today" or "early dismissal"), This week (homework, attendance, memorisation, absent and late), Teachers & Class and Exam results.
Child shows the features for the selected child: Homework, Calendar, Progress, Dossier, Documents, Library, Elifba and My Information.
Who can do this
Parents. Documents and Library only appear if the organisation uses learning materials, Elifba only if the organisation uses Elifba.
Step by step: switching child
- On Home, tap your child's name (with the arrow). A list opens; choose another child.
- Or open the Child tab and tap Choose a child (only visible with more than one child).
- Your choice applies straight away to every screen: Home, Child, Homework, Calendar, Progress, Dossier and Communication.
Step by step: reaching the teacher
- On Home, scroll to Teachers & Class.
- Tap Message: a new message to that teacher opens under Messages → Questions.
- Call is only there if the organisation shares the teacher's phone number.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- My child is not listed. The child is not linked to your account yet. Ask the organisation to link it.
- I don't see a switch-child button. It no longer exists: tap the name on Home or use Child → Choose a child.
- I see no lessons under Today. The season has not started, it is a holiday, or your child has no lesson today.
Frequently asked questions
Can the other parent sign in too? Yes, with their own account that the organisation links to the same child.
Where are payments and donations? Payments: Search → Account → Payments or the payment block on Home. Donations: Search → Community → Donations (if the organisation uses them).
