The dossier holds teachers' notes about your child, such as observations or agreements. You read them, respond and acknowledge them when asked.
Where to find it
The Child tab → Dossier. If you have several children, choose the child at the top.
Who can do this
Parents. You only see notes the teacher shares with parents.
Step by step: reading and responding to a note
- Open the dossier and tap a note.
- Tap Respond and write your reply. Your reply and the teacher's are shown under Conversation.
- If it says Acknowledgment required, tap Acknowledge to confirm you have read the note.
- A New label means there is a reply you have not read yet.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- The dossier is empty. There are no shared notes for this child (yet).
- I am looking for a filter by note type. There is none; notes are listed by date.
Frequently asked questions
Where are certificates and reports? Not in the dossier, but under Child → Documents.
Can I add a note myself? No. You can only respond. For a new question use Messages → Questions.
Can I download the dossier? No, you view it in the app.
