The Dossier tab holds the notes the organization keeps about your child: progress, compliments and achievements, meeting reports, agreements and any points of attention. Each item has a type (for example a meeting report, a note or a record of an achievement) and a date.
Where to find it
Open the app → Dossier tab at the bottom.
Step by step: viewing the dossier
- Open the Dossier tab.
- If you have several children, pick the right child at the top.
- Browse the notes; use the filter to narrow by type.
- Tap a note to read the full text.
- If replying is enabled, tap Reply to send a message back to the organization.
Certificates and documents
Earned certificates or diplomas and shared documents are found under Documents (via the More menu or the dossier page). Tap a certificate to view and save it.
Tips
- If you get a notification about a new dossier note, open it via the notification — you jump straight to the right item.
- Read notes carefully and reply where needed; that keeps the communication with the organization complete.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes these notes? Teachers and administrators of the organization. You can read them and, where enabled, reply.
Can I delete or edit a note myself? No. The dossier is managed by the organization; you can reply though.
Do other parents see my child's dossier? No. Only the parents linked to this child and the organization see it.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the Dossier tab. Then your organization doesn't use the dossier module.
- The dossier is empty. There are no notes yet, or the wrong child is selected — check at the top.
- I can't reply. Replying is only possible when the organization has enabled it for that note.
