On the Questions tab you ask the teacher or the organization a question directly — for example about the homework, an appointment or something practical. Your question and all replies stay together as one conversation, so you find the answer easily.
Where to find it
Open the app → Questions tab at the bottom.
Step by step: asking a question
- Open the Questions tab.
- Tap New question (the plus button).
- If you have several children, pick which child your question is about.
- Type your question; optionally add an attachment or photo with the paperclip icon.
- Choose where your question goes if asked (for example the teacher or the organization).
- Tap Send.
Following the answer
Your question appears in the list with a status badge (for example open or answered). Tap it to read the whole conversation and reply further with Reply. You get a notification when there's an answer.
Tips
- Ask one topic per question — that keeps the conversation clear.
- Mention which child it's about if your question is specific.
- Add a photo (for example of a letter) if it makes your question clearer.
Frequently asked questions
Who reads my question? That depends on where you send it: the teacher or the organization. Other parents don't see your question.
How quickly do I get an answer? That varies per organization. You get a notification as soon as there's a reply.
Can I include an attachment? Yes, via the paperclip icon while composing your question.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the Questions tab. Then your organization doesn't use this feature.
- My question won't send. Check your internet connection and that the text field is filled in; then try again.
- I get no notification of an answer. Check that notifications for the app are on in your phone settings.
