Your membership and digital member card

With an active subscription your digital member card is on Home, with a QR code on the back. Without a subscription you see "Become a member!".

Your member card is proof of your paying membership. It only appears if you have an active subscription.

Where to find it

The Home tab. The order: payment block, announcements, prayer times, next event and then your member card.

Who can do this

Members with an active subscription at the organisation.

Step by step: using the card

  1. Scroll on Home to the card. The front shows Paying Member, your name, a number and Member Since.
  2. Tap the card to flip it. The back shows a QR code with Valid until.
  3. Have the QR code scanned at the entrance. If it has expired, tap Refresh.

Step by step: becoming a member with a subscription

  1. If you see No Membership Found, tap Become a member!.
  2. You arrive in Payments. Choose a subscription and complete the payment (see membership fees and payments).
  3. After payment the card appears on Home.

I can't see it / it doesn't work

  • No card, but I paid. Wait a moment and refresh Home. With direct debit you first have to Give permission in Payments.
  • The QR code does not work. Tap Refresh with an internet connection.

Frequently asked questions

Are there bronze, silver or gold cards? No. Every card you see belongs to an active, paying membership.

Is the number my membership number? No, it is a reference of your subscription.

Can I share the card? No, there is no share button.
