As a teacher you have four tabs: Home, Class, Messages and Search. You only work with the classes assigned to you.
Where to find it
Home: Up next (for example attendance not yet taken, with the Record button), one line of announcements, Today (your lessons and homework that is due) and This week (attendance rate and homework completion).
Class: the class selector at the top, below it the features for this class (Attendance, Homework, Students, Exams, Progress, Certificates, Vacations and Leave, Curriculum, Elifba, Tasks, Time Logging, Leave Management), the Students list, Upcoming Lessons, Recent Homework and Weekly summary (AI).
Who can do this
Teachers. You need no permissions. Some features only appear if the organisation uses them: Vacations and Leave (holidays), Curriculum (learning materials), Elifba, Tasks, and Time Logging and Leave Management (teacher management).
Step by step: switching class
- Open Class and tap the class name at the top.
- Choose another class. Every feature under Class now works for that class.
Step by step: opening a student
- On Class, tap a name in the Students list.
- The student page has tabs: Student Information, Homework, Progress, Attendance, Exams, Documents and Dossier.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- I don't see a class. It is not assigned to you. Ask the organisation's administrator.
- A feature is missing under Class. The organisation does not use it.
- I am looking for Payments. Teachers have no Payments in the app.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the Attendance or Homework tab? They are now under Class. You can also open attendance through Home → Record.
Can I switch class on Home? No, only on Class.
