The app has three AI tools specifically for teachers. They help you work faster, but you always stay in control: the AI makes a suggestion, you decide. The AI processes your data safely within Aqlemy and sends nothing to external parties.
Where to find it
The AI appears where you need it, provided your organization has enabled the AI assistant:
- Weekly summary — on your Home screen, below the key figures.
- AI feedback on homework — a button by a student in the Homework screen.
- Memorization coach — by a selected student in the ezber/memorization section.
These AI blocks only see students and classes you teach.
Draft feedback on homework
- In the Homework screen, open the task and a student's row.
- Tap the AI feedback button.
- The AI suggests a short, friendly feedback text based on that submission.
- Read the text, adjust where needed and use it — or ignore it.
Weekly summary
On your Home screen, the weekly summary gives a short recap of the past week for your class: points of attention, highlights and suggestions. You can often also zoom in on a single student. The summary is based on the real figures of that week (attendance, homework).
Memorization coach
In the memorization section, the coach suggests a next item to continue with for a selected student, plus items due for repetition, with a short explanation of why.
Tips
- Always treat the AI text as a draft — review it before you share it.
- The suggestions are based on the data in the app; supplement them with what you know about the student.
- Keep attendance, homework and memorization up to date — the more complete the data, the more useful the AI.
Frequently asked questions
Is my student data sent outside? No. The AI runs within Aqlemy; no student data goes to external AI providers.
Can the AI make mistakes? Yes. It's a tool. Always check the suggestion before you adopt it.
Does the AI work in my language? The feedback and summaries follow the app's language.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the AI blocks. The AI assistant is not enabled for your organization. Ask your administrator to turn it on.
- The AI shows an error. Try again later; many requests in quick succession hit a temporary limit.
- I get "no access". You're trying to use a student or class you don't teach.
