The calendar shows holidays and days off, events (including from the umbrella organisation) and your conferences with parents.

The Class tab → Vacations and Leave.
Who can do this
Teachers, if the organisation uses holidays.
Step by step: preparing a conference
- Tap the meeting in the calendar (under Conferences).
- Read under Parent preparation what the parent filled in beforehand.
- Write Internal notes (only for you and the organisation) and Shared notes (visible to the parent).
- If the meeting is online, tap Join meeting at the agreed time.
Step by step: events and syncing
- If an event asks for a response, choose I'm attending, Maybe or Not attending.
- Tap Calendar Sync to link your calendar to your phone's calendar. On Android you copy the link and add it in Google Calendar.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- Vacations and Leave is missing. The organisation does not use holidays.
- I don't see a meeting. It is not assigned to you; ask the administrator.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule a conference myself? Not in the app; the organisation does that in the portal.
Where do I request my own leave? Under Class → Leave Management.
