The student dossier gives one central overview per student: search a student, open their dossier and work with the statistics, the homework, the dossier records (official notes), the certificates and the linked parent accounts.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Education → Student dossier.
Finding a student
- Type a name in the search box (the search handles Turkish characters, so "Çağrı" and "Cagri" find each other).
- Optionally refine with the group selector or the academic year.
- Click the student — the dossier opens with all the details.
The tabs in a dossier
- Statistics — progress and figures at a glance.
- Homework — add, edit and delete assignments; you can distinguish class homework from individual homework and set the status per student (done / not done / pending).
- Dossier records — formal notes such as an official warning, incident report, guidance plan, communication log, parent meeting, behavioural note or an achievement.
- Certificates — view and add certificates.
At the top of the dossier you also manage the linked parents: add, edit or unlink parent accounts. A linked parent sees the student in the mobile app.
Buttons you'll use often
- Plus icon — add an item (for example homework or a dossier record).
- Pencil icon — edit a record.
- Trash icon — delete.
Tips
- Record sensitive matters as a dossier record with the right type — that way it stays clear later what was a warning and what was an achievement.
- For class homework you can set the status of several students at once via the group view.
- Set the academic year correctly: the dossier shows data within that year.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see a dossier record? Records are internal to administrators and teachers; they are not meant as public information for the parent unless you share it yourself.
How do I link a parent to a student? Via the parent links at the top of the dossier. A student can have several parents/guardians, all with equal access.
Do lesson observations appear here too? Observations live on their own page, but they feed the picture you build up per student.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the page or get a "feature not enabled" message. The Student dossier module is off for your organization. Ask your lead administrator to enable it.
- I can't open the page. You lack the Manage students permission. A lead administrator can grant you this right. Platform administrators (super admins) deliberately get a warning here.
- I can't find a student. Check the academic year and the group filter, and whether the student isn't archived.
