Sending messages to your teachers or the board

With Communication you send a question to your teachers or to the board. They can also start a conversation with you.

Where to find it

The Messages tab → Questions, or Search → Community → Communication.

Who can do this

Students, if the organisation uses Communication.

Step by step: asking a question

1. Tap Ask a question.
2. Choose the recipient: All teachers, one teacher, or the board (to Admin Only).
3. Enter a Question title and your message and add attachments if needed.
4. Send.

Step by step: following a conversation

1. Tap a conversation to read the replies and respond.
2. Delete message removes your own message; a whole question only while it has no reply yet.
3. Filter with All, Open and Closed.

I can't see it / it doesn't work

• I only see News under Messages. The organisation does not use Communication.
• No teacher is listed. You are not linked to a class with a teacher yet; choose the board.

Frequently asked questions

Does my parent see my questions? Your questions go to the recipients you choose.

Where is the Questions tab? It is now under Messages, as the Questions segment.
