Asking your teacher questions

Ask your teacher(s) or the admin a question, optionally add an attachment, and read the reply.

Updated: June 25, 2026

In the Questions section you can ask a question to your teacher(s) or to your organization's admin. You see your earlier questions, the replies and can respond. This section is only visible if your organization has enabled it.

Where to find it

Open the app → More tab at the bottom → under CommunityQuestions. Or from Home → Questions shortcut (if shown).

Step by step: asking a question

  1. Open More → Questions.
  2. Tap the button to start a new question.
  3. Choose the recipient(s): one or more teachers, or the admin.
  4. Type your question. Optionally add an attachment (a photo or file).
  5. Tap send.

Reading a reply and responding

  1. Open an existing question in the list.
  2. Read the reply.
  3. Want to ask more? Type a response and send it, optionally with an attachment.

With the status filter at the top you show, for example, only open or answered questions.

Tips

  • Ask your question clearly and briefly; add a photo if it helps.
  • Pick the right recipient so your question reaches the right person.
  • You get a notification as soon as there's a reply.

Frequently asked questions

Who can I ask a question? Your own teacher(s) and, if available, your organization's admin.

Can I attach a file? Yes, you can add a photo or file as an attachment.

Do classmates see my question? No. Your question only goes to the recipient(s) you choose.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't pick anyone as recipient. No teacher may be linked to you yet; ask your organization to check this.
  • My question won't send. Check your internet and try again; large attachments can take longer.
  • I don't see Questions. The section is off for your organization.
