In your Dossier your organization collects notes about you: a compliment or achievement, a point of attention, a record of a conversation, or an arrangement. This keeps you informed about your progress beyond the figures.
Where to find it
Open the app → More tab at the bottom → under School → Dossier. Or from Home → Dossier shortcut.
What's in your dossier
- Type of note — for example an achievement, a behavioral note, a record of a conversation, a guidance plan or an official warning.
- Description and date of the note.
- Attachments — tap to open a related document.
- Replies — sometimes a short reply or follow-up is added.
Step by step: viewing your dossier
- Open More → Dossier.
- Tap Show filters at the top to filter by type of note.
- Tap a note to read the full description.
- Open any attachments by tapping them.
Certificates and progress
Earned certificates and achievements appear as items in your dossier (for example as "achievement"), often with an attachment you can open. Your overall progress trend also shows on your Home screen, and your memorization under Progress.
Tips
- Read positive notes too — compliments and achievements are here as well.
- Filter by type if your dossier is long, so you find what you need faster.
- Have a question about a note? Ask via Questions or discuss it with your teacher.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add or change a note myself? No. The dossier is kept by your teacher or admin; you view it.
Who sees my dossier? You, your teacher(s) and your organization's admins. If you have linked parents, they see it too.
Where do I find my certificate? As an item in your dossier (often with an attachment). If it's not there, ask your teacher.
Troubleshooting
- My dossier is empty. No notes have been added yet. Pull down to refresh.
- An attachment won't open. Check your internet; large files sometimes open in a separate viewer.
- I don't see Dossier. The section is off for your organization or isn't part of your role.
