Your dossier and your documents

Your dossier holds notes from your teachers about you. Your certificates and reports are separate, under Documents.

Where to find it

The My work tab → Dossier and My work → Documents.

Who can do this

Students. You see the notes shared with you. Documents only appears if the organisation uses learning materials.

Step by step: the dossier

1. Open My work → Dossier and tap a note.
2. Tap Respond to write back.
3. If it says Acknowledgment required, tap Acknowledge to show you have read it.

1. Open My work → Documents.
2. Tap a certificate or report to open it.

I can't see it / it doesn't work

• The dossier is empty. No notes have been shared with you.
• I am looking for a filter by note type. There is none.
