Besides your daily lessons you have a few study sections: the Library with materials, your Progress (ezber/memorization) and the interactive Elifba book. Whether you see these depends on what your organization has enabled.
Where to find it
Open the app → More tab at the bottom → under School you'll find Progress, Library, Documents and Elifba. Progress is also a shortcut on Home.
Library: opening materials
- Open More → Library.
- Pick a type at the top: Books, Videos or Documents.
- Optionally filter by a category.
- Tap an item to open or view it; some files you can download to view offline.
You only see material meant for students.
Progress (ezber / memorization)
Under Progress you follow your memorization, for example of surahs, prayers (du'a) or other items. Each item shows a status: not started, in progress or memorized. At the top you see a percentage of your overall progress.
The status is kept up to date by your teacher during the lesson. In the app you view your progress — you can't change the status yourself.
Elifba book
The Elifba book is an interactive book for learning the Arabic script. Open More → Elifba and page through it. You can also use it in offline mode after loading it once, so you can keep practising without internet.
Tips
- Download material you need often so you can open it without internet.
- Load the Elifba book once with internet; the offline mode works after that.
- Ask your teacher to update your memorization status if it's wrong.
Frequently asked questions
Can I set my own ezber status to "memorized"? No, your teacher does that. You view the progress.
Why is the Library empty? No material may have been added for your group yet, or the section is off.
The Elifba book is white/blank. Pull down or reload with internet; the offline version only appears after the book has loaded correctly once.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see Library, Documents or Elifba. The materials section is off for your organization, or it isn't part of your role.
- A download fails. Check your storage space and internet connection and try again.
- My progress doesn't change. Only your teacher adjusts the status; pull down to refresh.
