Your teachers set homework in the app. You see the assignments, open attachments and indicate that you have prepared.

Step by step: preparing an assignment
- Tap an assignment to expand it. You see the description, the due date and any attachments.
- In the Preparation Status block, tick Prepared.
- Write a note if you like and save. Your teacher sees your preparation.
- Use the status filter and the search field to find assignments again.
Step by step: handing in a voice recording
For some assignments the teacher asks for a voice recording, for example of a recitation. Such an assignment has the label Voice recording.
- Tap the assignment to expand it and, in the Voice recording block, tap Make a recording.
- Tap the microphone to record. The first time, your phone asks for permission to use the microphone. With the buttons next to it you pause, resume or stop; after 5 minutes the recording stops by itself.
- Listen back with the play button. The 1× button switches to 0,5× and the arrow goes back 10 seconds. Not right? Tap Record again.
- If you already have the recording as a file, tap Choose a file (for example m4a, mp3, wav or ogg; at most 20 MB, wav 55 MB).
- Optionally write a Note for the teacher and tap Send.
- You then see Handed in with the date. As long as the teacher has not listened, you can Replace or Withdraw it; once it says Listened to, you can't. Your teacher's feedback appears under Feedback from the teacher.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- I don't see Make a recording. The assignment does not ask for a voice recording (there is no Voice recording label).
- The app is not allowed to use the microphone. Tap Open settings and allow the microphone for Aqlemy.
- Sending fails. Check your internet connection and try again; your recording is kept until sending succeeds.
- I see no homework. Nothing has been set, or your filter is wrong.
- An attachment does not open. Check your internet connection.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hand in my homework in the app? Only if an assignment has the label Voice recording: then you hand in a voice recording (see above). Otherwise you only indicate that you have prepared; the teacher sets the status.
How do I ask a question about the homework? Through Messages → Questions to your teacher.
Who hears my recording? Only the teacher of your class. The board only sees that you handed something in.
How long is my recording kept? At most 7 days after sending (your organisation chooses 1 to 7 days); after that it is deleted automatically. After sending, the app also deletes it from your phone.
