Absences and agenda

View per day whether you were present or absent, your attendance figure, and holidays and events on a calendar.

Updated: June 25, 2026

The Agenda tab (absences) shows a calendar with your attendance. For each school day you see whether you were present or absent. The calendar also shows your organization's holidays and events.

Where to find it

Open the app → Agenda tab at the bottom (the calendar icon). Or from Home → Agenda shortcut.

What you see

  • Calendar — marked days for present/absent, holidays and events.
  • Present / absent per day, possibly with a reason for an absence.
  • Attendance figure — an overview of how often you were present and absent.
  • Events — tap a day to see the planned activity.

Step by step: viewing your attendance

  1. Open the Agenda tab.
  2. Page through the months to see your school days.
  3. Tap a day to view the details (present/absent, reason, event).
  4. Check your overall present and absent figures at the top or bottom.

Tips

  • Check regularly that your absences are correct; if something is wrong, report it to your teacher.
  • Keep an eye on holidays and events so you don't miss anything.

Frequently asked questions

Can I report absent or request leave here? In the app you view your attendance. Reporting absent or requesting leave is arranged through your teacher or organization — ask how it works for you.

Who records my attendance? Your teacher does that during the lesson. In the app you see the result.

What does the marking on a day mean? Tap the day; you'll see whether it's attendance, a holiday or an event.

Troubleshooting

  • My attendance looks wrong. Pull down to refresh. If it's still wrong, report it to your teacher.
  • I see no events or holidays. They may not have been added yet, or the event isn't meant for students.
  • The calendar won't load. Check your internet and reopen the tab.
