The app has four tabs at the bottom for every role. There is no More tab and no side menu any more: features you do not see directly are found through Search.
Where to find it
- Parent: Home · Child · Messages · Search.
- Student: Home · My work · Messages · Search.
- Teacher: Home · Class · Messages · Search.
- Member: Home · Event Calendar · Messages · Search. If your organisation does not use events, that spot shows the first available of Donations, Live Streams, Prayer Times or Qibla Compass.
At the top there are only the bell (Notifications) and your profile photo (your profile). A dot on your profile photo means something is missing, for example your email address or a consent.
Who can do this
Everyone with an account. Which parts you see depends on your role and on the features your organisation uses (they come with the organisation's package). A part your organisation does not use does not appear.
Step by step: finding a feature
- Tap Search at the bottom.
- Type a word in the Search for a feature field, for example "homework" or "payments". Or browse the groups: School or Class, Community, Faith and Account.
- Recently used shows the features you opened last.
- The Account group holds My profile, Payments (not for teachers), Notifications, Support Center and App settings. Below it are Switch Role (only if you have several roles) and Log Out.
Step by step: messages and news
- Tap Messages at the bottom.
- At the top you choose between Questions (conversations with teachers or the board) and News (announcements and newsletters).
- If you only see News, your organisation does not use the Communication feature.
I can't see it / it doesn't work
- I am looking for the More tab or the menu. It no longer exists. Use Search.
- I am looking for the Payments tab. Payments is under Search → Account → Payments, or tap the payment block on Home.
- A feature is missing in Search. Your organisation does not use it, or it does not belong to your role. Ask your organisation.
