With the website builder you put together your organization’s public page — the page visitors see at /org/<slug>, or on your own domain. The page consists of rows; each row has one or more columns, and you put widgets in a column.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Organization Management → Public website. There are two tabs: Builder and Custom domain.
Who can do this
Permission Manage public website (manage_public_site). The website builder works in every plan. A custom domain is only available with Education Complete or Membership + Education Complete. Teachers have no access.
Widgets
- Basic widgets: Text, Image, Button, Divider, HTML / embed, Socials and Advertisement (shows paid advertisements; module Advertising).
- Section widgets that show your own data: Hero, Registration (the registration form), Become a member (only with Self-service member registration), Events, Announcements, Holidays, Map & info, Ask a question (only with the Communication module) and Footer.
Step by step: build your page
- Choose a template: Classic, Split, Bold or Clay.
- Choose the content language and fill in your texts per language. Empty languages fall back to Turkish.
- Click New row. Use Add column to split the row into columns.
- In a column, click Widget and choose a widget. The settings open in a window with the tabs Content, Style, Animation and Visibility (for example only show on mobile).
- Under Row settings you choose background, width, height and full-bleed. Use move up/down, dragging and duplicate to change the order.
- Check the preview on the right on desktop or mobile and in every language. View live opens the real page.
Changes are saved automatically; the status is shown at the top. Save stores immediately, Undo/Redo (Ctrl/⌘+Z) takes a step back.
Step by step: connect your own domain
- Open the Custom domain tab, enter the domain name (for example www.myorg.org) and click Add domain.
- Set the DNS records shown (Host and Value) at your domain provider. Enter the host relatively, as shown.
- Wait until the DNS change has propagated and click Verify. The domain is then active; the HTTPS certificate is arranged automatically.
- Disconnect removes the domain again.
I can’t see it / it doesn’t work
- I don’t see the menu. You lack the Manage public website permission.
- The Custom domain tab is locked. Your plan does not include a custom domain; switch to Education Complete or Membership + Education Complete.
- Verification fails. DNS changes can take a few hours. Check that host and value are exactly right.
- A section stays empty. Become a member only works when the Self-service member registration module is switched on for your organization; Ask a question only with the Communication module. You cannot switch these modules on yourself in the settings (the Features tab is read-only): request Self-service member registration from Aqlemy with a support request; Communication follows from your plan.

Where do I change the colours and logo? In the organization settings, General tab, Branding block. The website uses them.
Does the Aqlemy credit disappear on a custom domain? No, it stays visible in the footer.
Can I put the registration form on my own website? Yes, with the Widget Generator in the organization settings (module Widget Embed).
