With the Laposta connection, new contacts automatically end up in your Laposta mailing lists: event participants, donors, members and parents from registrations. Only people who gave newsletter consent on a form are synchronised.

Who can do this
Permission Manage settings (manage_settings). The Laposta email marketing sync module is in no plan; only Aqlemy switches it on. You need your own Laposta account.
Setting up
- Copy your API key in Laposta (Settings → API), paste it into the field and click Connect. The key is stored encrypted.
- Under List mappings, choose the Laposta list per audience (event / lecture participants, donors, members, registrations), or — Do not sync —.
- Choose the Consent model on forms: Soft opt-out (recommended) (box ticked by default) or Opt-in (empty box).
- Optionally turn on Double opt-in (recommended): Laposta then sends a confirmation email.
- Click Save.
I can’t see it / it doesn’t work
- I don’t see the menu. The module is not on or you lack Manage settings. Request the module via Support → Support requests.
- Contacts do not arrive. Check for a message that the last sync failed, check the API key and whether the audience is mapped to a list.
Frequently asked questions
Are existing members synchronised too? The connection sends new contacts who gave consent. A bulk export of all your members is not on this page.
Where do I handle unsubscribes? In Laposta itself; the unsubscribe link is in your Laposta emails.
