Your umbrella organization's settings

On the Umbrella settings page you manage the details of your own umbrella organization — not those of an affiliated organization. You don't need a special permission for this: as an umbrella admin you may edit your own organization by default.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Umbrella → Umbrella settings.

What you can set

1. General — the name (required), plus separate names in Dutch, English and Turkish, and a description.
2. Branding — the primary and secondary color (via color picker or hex code), the logo (upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG) and the alt text for the logo.
3. Contact person — name, email and phone.
4. Address — street + number, postal code, city and country.
5. Languages — tick which languages you offer (Turkish, Dutch, English) and choose a default language.

Saving

1. Adjust the desired fields.
2. Click Save at the bottom.
3. A message confirms the save time. With Cancel or Back to dashboard you leave the page without further changes.

Tips

• Use a logo with a transparent background for the cleanest result.
• The colors shape how your umbrella environment looks — pick a clear contrast.

What can and can't I do?

• You can: change the name, description, branding (logo + colors), contact person, address and language options of your umbrella organization.
• You cannot: change the slug, organization type, umbrella link, billing, email settings or SSO settings — those fields are deliberately ignored.
• Note: this is only about your own umbrella. You edit an affiliated organization's settings via Affiliated organizations → View → Edit settings.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I see no feature toggles? An umbrella organization has no operational features of its own (such as lessons or payments). Those feature toggles only exist on affiliated organizations.

Does my logo also change at the affiliated organizations? No. This logo and these colors belong only to your umbrella organization.

Troubleshooting

• My logo isn't saved. Use an allowed file type (PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG) and try again.
• Saving gives an error. Check that the required name is filled in and try again; if errors persist, sign in again.
• A field I changed jumped back. Some fields (slug, type, billing) are deliberately not managed by the umbrella.
