Reading the dashboard

Your home page with key figures, a calendar, activity and quick actions. What you see depends on your role and the enabled modules.

Updated: June 25, 2026

The dashboard is the starting point of the admin portal. At a glance it shows the health of your organization: key figures, a calendar, recent activity and buttons to quickly create something new. What you see depends on your role and on which modules are enabled for your organization.

Where to find it

Sidebar → General → Dashboard. You land here automatically after signing in.

The tabs

  • Overview — key figures, charts and quick actions (default view).
  • Calendar — events and holidays/closures in one agenda.
  • Activity — a timeline of recent events (administrators only).
  • Analytics — in-depth analysis (only visible when that module is on).

Teachers see a limited version with only the calendar tab.

Key figures (KPI cards)

The number cards at the top are clickable: they open a detail dialog with the underlying list — for example all members, outstanding payments or urgent dossier items. Which cards appear depends on your enabled modules:

  • Student count, homework overview and lesson observations (education modules).
  • Outstanding payments (payments module).
  • Attendance, tasks, announcements and events (depending on the modules).
  • Complaints overview (complaints module).

Quick actions

On the overview tab, buttons take you straight to the right page:

  1. Refresh — reloads all figures.
  2. New user — opens the form to add a user.
  3. New announcement — to the announcements page (if that module is on).
  4. Plan event — to the events page.

AI insights

If the AI assistant is on for your organization, you see a block with automatic summaries and points of attention. You can click through to the AI assistant for more detail.

Subscription status

At the top a badge shows whether your subscription is active, in a trial period, cancelled or not yet started.

Tips

  • Click a KPI card — the detail list saves you a detour through the sidebar.
  • Seeing stale figures? Click Refresh instead of reloading the page.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I see fewer cards than a colleague? Cards are tied to modules and permissions. A colleague with more permissions, or an organization with more modules, sees more.

Can I customise the dashboard? The layout is fixed, but the content adapts automatically to your modules and role.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the Analytics tab. The analytics module is off for your organization. Ask your lead administrator to enable it.
  • I see no AI insights. The AI assistant is not enabled, or no summary is available right now.
  • A card shows 0 while I expect data. Check that you are in the right organization and that the related module actually contains data.
