What must an ANBI policy plan contain?

The objective, the activities, how funds are raised and managed, how assets are spent (no hoarding — the spending criterion), the remuneration policy and financial accountability. This template walks through each requirement.

Must we publish the policy plan?

The main lines of the plan and the other mandatory data must be publicly accessible, usually on a web page or a publication platform. Large ANBIs (>€50,000 income or >€100,000 expenses) also use the Tax Authority’s standard form for financial accountability.
