In short
Is a policy plan mandatory for an ANBI?
Yes. To obtain and keep ANBI status an institution must have a current policy plan and publish certain data online (objective, main lines of the plan, board composition, remuneration policy and financial accountability). This model follows those mandatory elements.
A current policy plan is one of the mandatory publication elements for ANBI foundations. This free model text follows the Dutch Tax Authority's requirements so you don't miss anything.
