Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Kirca IT Services (Chamber of Commerce number: 91781418) under the trade name Aqlemy through the education management platform ("Platform"). By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms are available in Turkish, Dutch, English and Arabic. In case of conflicts, the Dutch version shall prevail.

In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings: **Aqlemy/We/Our:** Kirca IT Services, Chamber of Commerce number 91781418, registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. **Platform:** The Aqlemy education management system, including web application and mobile applications. **User/You/Your:** Any person or organization using the Platform. **Organization:** Educational institution, mosque, association or other organization with an account on the Platform. **Content:** Text, images, videos, data and other materials on the Platform. **Services:** All services offered by Aqlemy through the Platform. **Subscription:** The paid subscription plan for Platform usage.
