The AI assistant: ask your data in plain language

Ask questions about your organization in plain language, let the AI draw charts and analyse files, and use the proactive features such as insights and drafts.

Updated: July 20, 2026

The AI assistant answers questions about your own organization in plain language — from "who hasn't paid yet?" to "show this year's membership growth". The answer comes live from your own data (members, payments, attendance, exams, events), and the assistant shows which data it consulted. It doesn't invent anything: it reports what is in your data.

Where to find it

Sidebar → the AI block at the bottom → AI assistant. This feature only appears if the AI assistant is enabled for your organization. A super admin enables it per organization. There is a separate, restricted variant for teachers (see below).

What you can ask

  • Numbers and overviews: "how many active members do we have?", "what was last month's revenue?"
  • Statuses: "which subscriptions are overdue?", "who was absent this week?"
  • Comparisons and trends: "compare this year's membership growth with last year".

The assistant keeps a conversation history with sessions and answers in the language you ask in (Dutch, Turkish, English or Arabic).

Charts, export and file analysis

Ask for an overview and the assistant draws a chart (bar, line, area or pie) inline, which you export with one click to PNG or CSV. You can also upload a photo or PDF — such as a receipt or a list — and have the AI analyse and summarise the content.

Confirmation before a change

The assistant can also help with actions, but never changes anything without your explicit confirmation. For any action that changes something, it asks for approval first.

Proactive features

  • AI insights on the dashboard — a readable summary of your key numbers, with trends and notable anomalies.
  • Drafts — let the AI write an announcement, event description or email in your organization's tone; you edit and send.
  • The AI Control Center — a permanent "AI staff member" that analyses your organization daily and proposes concrete actions. See the article The AI Control Center.

For teachers: class-scoped

Teachers can get a restricted variant (behind a separate setting). It only sees their own classes and students and only education data; finances, member contact and exports are shielded and parent contact details are masked.

Privacy

The AI runs on our own EU infrastructure. Your organization data is used to answer your question and does not go to US cloud services.

Tips

  • Ask your question as you would ask a colleague — no commands to learn.
  • Ask explicitly for a chart ("show as a bar chart") when you want a visual overview.
  • Unsure about a number? Expand which data the assistant consulted.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI make up answers? No. Answers are grounded in your real data and it shows which data it consulted.

Can the AI change data? Only with your confirmation.

Is the assistant optional? Yes, on/off per organization; the teacher variant has its own switch.
