Logging in
Go to the admin portal’s login page and sign in with your email and password. Administrators always sign in via the admin portal — not the mobile app.
Reading the dashboard
After signing in you land on the dashboard. At the top you see your organization’s key figures (KPIs), then quick actions and recent activity. The dashboard is your starting point for navigation.
The sidebar
On the left is the sidebar with every module, grouped by topic (such as Members, Finance, Communication, Planning). Tips:
- Click a group to expand or collapse it.
- Star frequently used pages to add them to your favorites.
- Use the search box to find a page quickly.
Switching language and theme
At the bottom of the sidebar you switch language and toggle between light and dark theme. Your choice is remembered for your account.
Your profile and security (2FA)
From your profile you manage your name, preferences and security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA): after your password the portal asks for an extra code, keeping your account better protected.
