One register for everything you own
Record every physical item — furniture, electronics, books, equipment, vehicles, real estate, kitchen items — with category, condition, status, serial number, brand and model. Each item automatically gets a unique asset code and its own QR code, plus room for photos and attachments such as the invoice or warranty.

Print and scan QR labels
Every item has its own QR code. Print a single label or a full A4 sticker sheet — up to 200 labels at a time — straight from the browser. A scan opens that item's detail screen in the portal. The QR holds an opaque, non-guessable token, so no sensitive data ever appears on the label.

Full movement history and export
Every event — acquired, assigned, checked out, checked in, transferred, status or condition change and disposal — is recorded in an append-only history per item, with who did it and when. Disposal is reversible; only erroneous entries can be permanently removed. You export the whole list as Excel-ready CSV.
